Absolutely incredible location, beautiful rooms, and super helpful and friendly management. Authentic Kona experience surrounded by beautiful scenery and the sound of waves rolling in. Absolutely magical! Super clean and a lovely 10 minute walk to restaurants galore. We will only stay here in future as nothing else comes close to this incredible vibe. Slept with our patio doors open so that we could be surrounded by the sounds of the waves. Amazing! Thank you for the most magical stay! We will be back soon! Also, special thanks to Eddie for letting me use his cell when mine was not working and would not allow me to make or receive calls.

One of the quaintest boutique, hotels! If you like it away from the chain hotel system, bed-and-breakfast locations are the perfect solution. This renovated property, while small on cosmetic features, is a great price, nicely situated outside of town, near a beautiful coastline, and features, a very helpful staff. The location is not have a hot tub. No air-conditioning in the rooms. However, our room was equipped with two fans. There’s a small kitchenette for extended stays. No bathtubs however, there are decent showers. I didn’t notice some black mold on the rock work in the shower which I would appreciate being cleaned. The pool has a beautiful view of the ocean. Parking is limited however, for the size of the property, it seems somewhat adequate. About a 30 minute walk outside of the village.

I will be back again! The hotel is within walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants in Kona, and you get an ocean view. We went to Costco & ate in most days. Felt like a local eating in & listening to the ocean waves. The pool was great, and not crowded. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. The beds were very comfortable. The only downside for people here in the summer, no AC, which honestly was not necessary during my visit because the ocean breeze kept the room cool in December. I will stay here again when I return to Kona!

Adorable boutique hotel right on the paved (no beach access though). Rooms are spacious and well stocked. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Loved the private deck and the snorkel/beach gear available to borrow for free.

Quiet, except for the roar of the ocean. We could see schools of yellow tangs swimming in the ocean just below our lanai. Ocean breezes kept the room perfectly comfortable.

This place is so awesome! Clean updated rooms. Nice pool. Waves crashing right outside your door. Wonderful hosts. The trolly stop is just a few steps away. Can't say enough about this place! We will be staying again!

Fantastic location. Right on the water and walkable to restaurants, beach and shops. I really appreciated the hospitality of the staff and loaner items (sunblock, beach chairs, etc). The pool was beautiful and I never saw more than 2 people there. No air con, so be prepared for some heat. The rooms are clean and nice with a very comfy bed. The free parking is nice but could fill up if the hotel is full and really shouldn’t accommodate trucks given how narrow it is. Overall I loved this hotel and would recommend highly.
